pretty much any team build with prot spells woudl work for most of uw, the real trick is on 4-horsemen being able to split in to 2 groups. If you are not very familiar with UW and the quests I might suggest researching it heavily on wiki before you spend an hour or two wandering around.

As an SoS you can solo one side of 4H by dropping decoy spirits and stalling Pools side and walk them behind the reaper while everyone else takes down the Pits side. There's a more detailed description in a physway thread somewhere...

it may also be worth looking in farming section and reading the uw sticky - it may be outdated and doesnt correspond to most teams but it has important info such as help with each quest ( cept dhuum ) and what foes will spawn etc.
Outdated as it is - its still what i regard as the uw bible and a worthy read.

If this is the first time you and your friends are trying UW, I might suggest to do some good planning. An unexperienced team could need 3 or even more hours to get to the end. It would be a good plan to investigate the different quests and do them in order of difficulty-level (e.g. the four horseman is the quest where you can test the team on the capacity to survive AND deal enough damage, but other quests are more technical then that one, and might fail cause of not knowing the quest or the places where enemy's spawn (or not enough communication within the team).
